Dominic has been named the 2025 Robert E. Pearson Person of the Year by the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE)! This prestigious award celebrates individuals who have made a significant and lasting impact on the transportation industry.
Over his remarkable 35-year career, Dominic has led numerous large-scale highway projects exceeding $100 million, greatly enhancing mobility and strengthening infrastructure across Pennsylvania. His technical expertise and unwavering commitment to the profession shine through in his project work and his longstanding involvement with professional and community organizations.
In honor of this incredible achievement, the ASHE National Board and The Russell Horn Foundation have made a $1000 donation to the Flowing River Sanga Fund of The Luzerne Foundation. The check was presented to Courtney Burgess Michak, Board member of Flowing River Sanga.
